It would depend on what your treatments would entail and if dentist and/or oral surgeon needs to be involved. Usually, a weeks notice and for more complex treatments it would be 3-4 weeks that we need.
As Hungary is an EU country, you may claim tax relief (currently topped at 20%) for dental treatments done in Hungary. At the end of your treatment, the clinic in Budapest will fill out MED2 form for you at your request.
